On April 4, 2026, Saturday, the church celebrated the Evening Easter services led by Rev. Fr. Jebin Ipe. The service began at 6:00 PM. On Easter Eve, all dark Lenten vestments in the sanctuary were replaced with bright white and colorful fabrics. The priest silently performed the Order of Resurrection behind the altar, where the cross was symbolically buried on Good Friday. The cross was washed with rose water, decorated with a red silk scarf, and held high as the priest proclaimed in Aramaic: “Qom Moran men Qabro! Shariroith Qom” (Christ has risen from the tomb! He is risen indeed).
