Feast of the Annunciation

25th March we celebrate the mystery of the Annunciation, when the angel Gabriel announced to Mary that she would bear the Son of God. In humility and faith, Mary responded, “Let it be done to me according to your word.” Her yes opened the door for God’s saving plan to enter the world. The Annunciation invites us to trust God’s will, to listen with open hearts, and to offer our own faithful yes in daily life.

Luke 1:31: “And now, you will conceive in your womb and bear a son, and you will name him Jesus”.
