Feast of the Virgin Mary: The Blessings of the Crops 

This is the main annual feast for St Mary’s JSOC South London. The feast started with the evening prayer on Friday, followed by the annual celebration of the Spiritual Organisation. The Holy Mass will be conducted on Saturday Morning.  

On this special feast, we honour the Virgin Mary as our gentle intercessor and protector of the harvest. Through her prayers, God blesses the fields and brings forth abundant crops, sustaining our communities. This celebration invites us to give thanks for creation, to cherish the fruits of the earth, and to trust in Mary’s loving care for all our needs.
