Welcome to the official page of the Youth Association of St. Mary’s Jacobite Syriac Orthodox Church (JSOC)South London (JSOYA South London).

The Youth Association of St. Marys officially comprises all members aged between 22 and 35 years. However, we welcome all who are interested to join us in our mission and our activities.

The purpose of the Youth Association is to bring the youth members of the Church together, to help them grow in faith & spirituality and to develop them into committed & faithful members, enabling them to become the future leaders of the Church. Our mission is to develop their faith, enthusiasm and commitment through worship, service and other activities.

The Youth are actively involved in every aspect of the Church, with our members singing in the Choir, teaching in Sunday School & assisting in the Altar.

Our current youth-led initiatives include monthly face-to-face prayer meetings & online Sandhya Prarthana every Saturday at 7:30 pm.

JSOYA South London is an independent regional unit of JSOYA UK, which is the central governing body for all Jacobite Youth Associations in the UK.
